so on tuesday i went to a hare krishna lunch with tom and diana. it was very fun and the food was excellent- almost entirely vegan. busy, too.

so that night i went to my film class and learned how to use filters, and was able to make a really cool print of the statue of the dragon i saw at railroad square. i had thought it wouldn't ever come out, but yay!

i went to the etiquette dinner. it was REALLY nice. there was a meet and greet with hor d'eurves, and a HARPIST who kept playing beatles songs- but she was AWESOME. then we went into the dining area and they gave a presentation about manners and etiquette at business lunches and dinners and such, and then we had a fancy meal with AWESOME coffee. i told the people at my table a few jokes that they enjoyed a lot. a good time was had. and carrot cake, too.

so yesterday was a VERY long day. i think i was up for 20 hours (not that it's so impressive for those of you with insomnia, i just don't do that often). i went to my classes, ordered my cap/gown and graduation announcements, picked up a slip to change my film class to pass/fail (which now i think i might just drop it, so i have to do that again), rode bikes to a bike shop- then post office- then publix and got subs- with josh, went to lisa's and had a cool neat dinner, watched LOST, met adam at borders and drank coffee, went to george's house with him to watch The Longest Yard (which was amusing, altho i would have actually enjoyed it more had i known anything at all about football), came home and talked to tom, went to wal mart with tom to buy an electric blanket (he bought a shit-ton of acrylic paints), read the 4th Chronicles of Narnia, ate a salad, and finally went to bed (WARM!!).

i love my new blanket. finally a warm bed.
